Baba Yaga's Hut
Baba Yaga's Hut has feet made from a very old iron rod found in the forest. The scale on the iron was perfect for this project. The hut is a fanciful rendition with an onion dome to give it a proper Russian detail.

Little Lake Eagle
July 20 The HOG (Harley Owners Group) will be holding their annual Ride-in Bike Show at Little Lake American Legion Hall to raise money for Bay Cliff Health Camp , a camp for disabled children. I have designed an artwork series for this event. It is an Eagle head that blends into flames. I tried to incorporate an old skool look with natural steel finish covered with clear enamel and more traditional flame shapes.I have since added color and gave the bird an attitude by adding a frown and heavier brow. The original will be donated for the event auction and copies
offered for purchase.

During this wonderful event I had a chance to meet all the special guests from Bay Cliff. I asked this camper what her favorite sculpture was. She told me it was one of the dragons.
While we were chatting a biker came up and also asked her what her favorite one was. When he found out he asked how much he owed me for the sculpture. he paid me and gave it to the child. My eyeball are sweating as I write this.

Dragons With Personality
With this series of dragons, I tried to impart an individual personality with each one. Body language and hand gestures were used to achieve the caricaturization of these beasts, while still maintaining a graceful dragon flow. I keep them together and hope they can stay that way no matter who their caretaker is.
